Q. So what exactly is a Jetski Safari?

A. A Jetski Safari is an experience in which you will receive a safety briefing and instruction from a Qualified Personal Watercraft Instructor before taking to the water on your very own Jetski with no prior experience needed. Once on the water the Instructor will give you further guidance to get you comfortable with both driving the Jetski and you aqua surroundings. Once comfortable and feeling in control of the jetskis you will be led on a guided safari, during which you will experience the performance of our watercraft both within Poole Harbour and out on the open sea along the stunning Jurassic Coastline.

Q. What are the group sizes?

A. Each Safari consists of one instructor on his rescue jetski and three other jetskis. Therefore groups can vary from 1 to 6 people (2 per jetski) maximum per instructor. For groups of 7 or more people please take a look at our Group Activity Options Page.

Q. Do I have to share my Jetski with someone or can I ride solo?

A. This is totally down to you, you can either take the option of riding solo on a jetski* or sharing with a friend, partner or family member. When there are two people per Jetski the instructor will give plenty of time for both people to experience the thrill of both driving and being a passenger.

*To ride solo on a jetski you must be 18 years or older

Q. What is the minimum age for someone to attend a Jetski Safari?

A. Anyone aged 14 – 17 is able to drive the jetskis on safari but must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 on the same jetskis. 10 – 13 year olds are able to come on the safari as a passenger and a reduced rate is charged for this.

Q. How weather dependent are the safaris?

A. We can run safaris in most conditions and don’t worry too much if the sun isn’t shining as we guarantee you will soon forget about that when you start driving our jetskis. The only factor that may cause us to postpone the safaris are high winds which can create a dangerous sea state. If we have to postpone your safari we simply rearrange it for another suitable date.

Q. How do I book?

A. To book a safari please visit our contact us page for further details. You simply need to contact us to check availability and then we take a £40 non refundable deposit to secure your booking which can be paid via our website using a credit/debit card or paypal account. The remaining balance is then payable on the day of your experience.

Q. What do I need to wear?

A. As your safety is our primary concern we provide you with full safety equipment including a buoyancy aid, helmet and wetsuit. All you need to bring is some swimwear for underneath your wetsuit and a towel.

Q. What time do the Safaris run?

A. Safaris run at various times during the day seven days a week. Evening sessions are also available for those wanting to get out on the water after work.

Q. How much is a Jetski Safari Experience?

A. Please see our prices page for details.
